Send to Cutter

Cut what you want and where you want with VinylMaster’s professional cutting and layout tools such as auto-rotate, mirror, advance after plot, speed-weed and easy lift marks. Separate by color and add registration marks with one-click. VinylMaster LTR and above also includes Tiling and Paneling for cutting over-wide and over-long artwork and allows you to set an automatic overlap and even equalize the tiles.

Cut Documents²

Cut documents are a set of pages based on the media (vinyl) at the right size, and are automatically separated by color. Cut Documents allow you to easily position or nest your artwork exactly where you want to cut it. Add Weed boxes, Speed-Weed, Alignment Marks and Easy-Lift marks etc. Plus you can save Cut Documents for later use and the original artwork remains completely unaffected. Cut Documents are ideal for professional shops which need to produce a lot of signage.

Vinyl Spooler

Set the media width and length, cut in strips, set blade offset (blade compensation), set blade type, overcut, force, pressure, speed and even set the cutting order with a live preview and a real-time play-back simulation – very cool.

VinylMaster has the most advanced print and cut tools of any vinyl cutter software on the market for the most accurate contour cutting possible. Easily make decals, labels and stickers along with cutting shapes and lettering out of paper and card for craft, hobby, scrapbooking and even product box design and prototyping.

Contour Cutting Wizard

VinylMaster includes the Contour Cutting Wizard which automatically creates registration marks for laser pointer, laser sensor and CCD equipped vinyl cutters and plotters. You can even create Page Marks so you can position your marks and artwork however you like!

Cut, Fold and Perforate Tools and Settings

VinylMaster allows you to set the blade to contour cut, fold or perforate for different types of media, and thickness and to save these as pre-sets for production workflows.

Soft shadows provide an element of depth to your artwork and can be used to create dramatic or very subtle effects. The soft shadows in VinylMaster are calculated to provide a professional appearance to your artwork.

The Drop Shadow effect allows you to set the color, x and y offset and an inset (gap) to create instantly cuttable artwork without any overlapping sections.

Block Shadows – Vector Effects¹
